The problem is that most of the time when we decide we want to make some treat....we don't have a lot of time.
This recipe is one of our family go to recipes...we change it up each time. Sometimes its chocolate, sometimes its funfetti, and sometimes its boring ol white cake flavor. But every time we make this treat, we enjoy every minute of it together. Plus they are delicious!
To make the cookies all you need is a box of pink lemonade cake mix and the ingredients listed on the back of the box to make the cake, minus the water. Thats it. Seriously, it couldn't get any easier than that!
Pink Lemonade Whoopie Pie Recipes
1 box pink lemonade cake mixeggs called for on back of box
oil called for on back of box
Mix the ingredients (oil and eggs NOT water) with the cake mix. Spoon the cookies onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 8-12 minutes
Yummy!
Then using your favorite frosting recipe (or store bought for an even easier treat) frost the bottom of 1 cookie. Then taking another cookie place it on top of the frosting bottom side down.
You have now created a delicious Pink Lemonade Whoopie Pie Cookie
Easy, Peasy, Lemon, Squeezy.

Would have never thought to make lemon whooping pies. Thanks for sharing on the Living with Style Linky Party.
These look great! I'm a sucker for whoopie pies for sure! Never would have thought to make a tangier version of them. I can't wait to try these! I would love for you to stop by and link up some posts to Throwback Thursday's this week. (http://tornadoughalli.com/2015/08/throwback-thursday-link-party-2/)
Yum! I love pink lemonade... and cookies! These look great!
I never would have either if my girlies hadn't brought me that box of cake mix to make into cookies. I'm pretty sure they had no idea what the flavor was but in the end they loved them.
This looks so fun and easy! While I love baking with the kids, it's also pretty stressful as they each (there's three of them) want to do each step, or the next step, or a completely separate step, or just eat the frosting.....
Thank you for sharing at the #HomeMattersParty! Looking forward to seeing you back later this week.
