This time it was for a superhero themed rag quilt set. They wanted a throw pillow, a car seat tent, and a baby quilt.
Beyond that they weren't too picky.
I just adore how the set turned out.
After finding the fabrics with their favorite superheros ( Hulk, Spiderman, Batman, and Superman) I went to work, cutting out the fabrics. Then I embroidered a few squares with superheroish words on them (Pow, Bang, Wham)
Then I laid out the quilts and sent a picture off for approval before I sewed the quilt set.
After getting approval I sewed everything up. Me personally, I am not too into superhero stuff, but I really love how this turned out!
The Car Seat Tent
The throw pillow
The Baby Quilt
And all together.
The pattern I used for the quilt and car seat tent is called Addy Mae and can be found on Etsy Or Craftsy

What a great set! I love it!
I love it! I used to have a sewing business but never really got into the blogging side of things, life got busy and here I am, now blogging about homeschooling ;) Thanks for sharing, the quilt is beautiful!
That is adorable!!! What a great thing to grow up with, and pass on to your kids! :)
I love the car seat cover. You have talent and these look great.
That is just awesome! My preschool son would love to have me make this for him. Thanks for the idea.
